XL-A3 Series

XL-A3 is a high performance lubricant based on severely hydrocracked, isodewaxed base oil. XL-A3 is formulated with an advanced additive system specifically designed to provide corrosion protection for high moisture environments. The product displays excellent thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability in applications that require extended drain intervals and performance. The stable viscosity and low pour point make the product very effective in applications where temperature extremes are required.

XL-B3 Series

XL-B3 is a synthetic polyalkylene glycol (PAG) compressor lubricant developed for use with high specific gravity hydrocarbon gas streams. XL- B3 has limited solubility with hydrocarbons allowing the product to be used in applications where other lubricants would be diluted beyond usefulness. XL-B3 is formulated with an advanced additive system suited for acidic environments. The product displays outstanding thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability in applications that require extended drain intervals and performance. The low pour point and stable viscosity of the product increases effectiveness in applications where high and low temperature extremes are encountered.

XL-B4 Series

XL-B4 is a synthetic high performance compressor lubricant developed for use with hydrocarbon gas streams. XL-B4 dissolves less compressed hydrocarbon gas than other lubricant types allowing it to provide more operating viscosity during operation. XL-B4 is formulated with an advanced additive system to prevent corrosion and provide wear protection. XL-B4 displays outstanding thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability in applications that require extended drain intervals and performance. The low pour point and stable viscosity of the product increases effectiveness in applications where high and low temperature extremes are encountered and in refrigeration compressors where return from the evaporator is a concern.

XL-C1 Series

XL-C1 is a fully formulated polyalphaolefin (PAO) based synthetic high performance compressor lubricant. Its primary use is in hydrocarbon gas streams containing corrosive components. XL-C1 is formulated with advanced silicon containing corrosion inhibition additive system developed for extended corrosion protection in acidic environments. The product displays outstanding thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability in applications that require extended drain intervals and performance. The low pour point and stable viscosity of the product increases effectiveness in applications where high and low temperature extremes are encountered.

XL-C4 Series

XL-C4 is a fully formulated polyalphaolefin (PAO) based synthetic high performance compressor lubricant. Its primary use is in rotary screw air compression applications. XL-C4 is ashless and is formulated with an advanced additive system to prevent corrosion and oxidation. The product displays outstanding thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability in applications that require extended drain intervals and performance. XL-C4 is completely demulsible, has a low pour point and stable viscosity to increase effectiveness in applications where high and low temperature extremes are encountered.

SOS-C5 Series

SOS-C5 is a high performance compressor lubricant specially formulated for long life and minimal sludge and varnish formation based on fully synthetic, polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil. The product displays excellent thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability in applications that require extended drain intervals and performance. The stable viscosity and extremely low pour point make the product very effective in applications where temperature extremes are required. The product is formulated to meet 21 CFR 178.3570 incidental food contact requirements and it is approved by NSF.

XL-D1 Series

XL-D1 is an ester based synthetic high performance compressor lubricant that exhibits outstanding high temperature characteristics. Its primary use is in reciprocating and vane air compressors in which high temperature and high pressure air compression occurs. XL-D1 is ashless and is formulated with an advanced additive system to prevent corrosion, wear and oxidation at elevated temperatures and solid formation. The product displays outstanding thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability in applications that require extended drain intervals and performance. XL-D1 is completely demulsible and stable viscosity to increase effectiveness in applications where high and low temperature extremes are encountered.

XL-NG Series

When a synthetic oil is not needed, XL-NG highly refined petroleum based lubricant is formulated to provide some of the same benefits provided by hydrocarbon based synthetics such as PAO and PIB. The additive technology used in XL-NG enables it to outperform other mineral oil based lubricants.

XL-B6 Series

XL-B6 Synthetic air compressor oil has been formulated to address the specific problems associated with conventional rotary screw compressor coolants - thermal degradation and deposit formation. The polyglycol/ester blend has proven itself superior in the areas of oxidation resistance and deposit formation. XL-B6 is the alternative to varnish, sludge and the frequent lubricant changes associated with hydrocarbon oils

XL-HVR Series

XL-HVR polyglycol-based synthetic lubricant is formulated for use in natural gas rotary screw compressors. The resistance to thinning out by hydrocarbon dilution allows XL-HVR lubricant to maintain the proper operating viscosity, extending drain intervals and parts life. This unique blend is treated with rust and corrosion inhibitors, oxidation control agents, and hydrogen sulfide inhibitors.

XL-A4 Series

The XL-A4 is a synthetic blend air compressor oil formulated from highly refined hydro-cracked base stocks and the unique additive Syntholate. The addition of Syntholate inhibits the formation of varnish and carbon and provides superior thermal and oxidative stability. Utilizing the superior petroleum base stocks fortified with Syntholate extends the life of the XL-A4 compared to that of conventional mineral oils.

XL-SBL Series

XL-SBL synthetic lubricants are formulated to provide maximum lubrication protection and service for all positive displacement blowers including Roots, Gardner-Denver, Sutorbilt and Duroflow.
The XL-SBL synthetic lubricants exceed the specification requirements for all of the major manufacturers of positive displacement blowers and are compatible with most commonly used seal materials.
